Ok, Easter Sunday brunch may not be the best time to evaluate a highly lauded restaurant, but it just didn't live up to the hype. The food was good, but no different from any number of other Sunday brunches at lower prices. Also, the brunch was overbooked so waiting beyond the reserved time was the rule. Net, nothing special when it should have been.
This is why you move to the suburbs. The Bernards Inn would not work in the middle of Manhattan, but it sure is nice to trudge home from Wall St on a Friday night and head on over.

Generally solid with some disappointments of late, but overall about the best Chinese in Morris County - but that's not a high benchmark.

Belly up to the bar, if you can fight your way through the crowd, while waiting for a table and the best burger value in northern NJ.
