I believe it's one of the best Chinese take-outs in Westchester...if not the best. They're willing to accommodate any request or modification to a dish. Very reasonable prices. Fresh food. Fast service and they even deliver.

For authentic Mexican food in Westchester County, Taqueria El Chino is the answer. Tucked away on a side street in New Rochelle sits this small restaurant that serves the local Spanish population. You know if the locals eat here or come for it’s carryout, it has to be good. Portions are extremely generous and all the food is prepared fresh. The chips and salsa are great with different salsas to choose from. The wait staff is very attentive.

This restaurant is OK if you possess one of the many 1/2 off or buy one meal get one free coupons that are always floating in the mail delivered coupon envelopes. However, they will hit you with a cash only policy when using these coupons. Also, they nickel and dime you for refills of ice tea. Not my favorite Italian restaurant. Service was only so-so. If you really want good Italian food, save your money and go elsewhere.
