The food is dreadful, but but the service is very good. The reason to come to Robert is that it offers two great views -- one out over Columbus Circle and the even better one of a David Reed masterpiece.

How many times does one have to suffer major service screw ups? It's not startup problems at this juncture. Even at its weak best, kellari is colorless and corporate. Mourayo is the far better bet for this cuisine.

Wow -- DC really doesn't know jack from sushi. On good days the fish at Kaz rises above its typical garbage-grade quality and reaches food-court grade. Really sad and pathetic that this place is appreciated.

A refreshingly "real" place amid the formulaic fakery of the tourist infested Penn Quarter.
