Authentic Mexican food at a counter in a still-shady neighborhood. Get your "loaded" burrito to go or sit outside and watch the neighborhood characters walk by. The food is fresh and tasty without all the Tex-Mex hype.
Overall, it's a nice evening. You can sit outside and listen to jazz (on Thursday nights). I've been to Brosia a number of times, both for brunch and dinner, and the food is not as good as it once was. I find most of the dishes underspiced and boring. They should revisit their recipes.
