Hats off for authentic French food and charm at moderate prices.Philippe continues to evolve both the atmosphere and dishes of this restaurant in its new location. The friendly neighborhood bistro is filled every night with locals and devotées from the Bay Area and those lucky tourists to be introduced to this small gem!
