Honey could be transported to San Francisco, Chicago, New York, or Philadelphia and compete with the best they have to offer. Especially valued for suburbanites like us because fine restaurants are so hard to find out here.

Everything we ordered was excellent, starting with Kale salad (very unusual and tasty), including the pork chop, scallops, duck breast, and fish plus desserts. And the prices are very reasonable because it's BYOB! There is a State Store around the corner on Chestnut Street so pick up your wine before dinner.
Years ago we stopped going to Chambers because the quality of the food wasn't making it. However, in our last two visits there has been a decided improvement in the food, and the service has been quite good. The crab cakes with the associated sauce were excellent, as were the scallops and the duck breast. The only quibble was that my wife ordered the duck medium rare and it came out rare. Tiramisu was excellent.

Unexpectedly good food; we especially liked the diver sea scallops. Our only complaint: the bread was stale.
