Some of the criticisms that the food here "isn't gourmet" miss the point. This is a Greek restaurant. The emphasis is on amazing fresh ingredients served to highlight that very fact. If you want your fish smothered in sauces this isn't the place for you. If, on the other hand, you appreciate outstanding fresh ingredients simply and deliciously prepared, then you will find Limani's to be one of the very best dining experiences on Long Island.
