I used to like this chain before they grew so much. I think the quality has fallen off with the massive corporate control. The downtown location is a huge room, and even though it may not be super busy, it is super noisy.

My all time favorite breakfast the PDC Eggs Sardou is served after 11PM and all through the night until lunch the next day. The best thing after a night checking out all the hot new downtown bars and clubs. You can't beat the afterhours scene on New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day as it really is. Partiers wearing their sparkly gear, but looking a little worse for the wear & tear.
Always a favorite, the proximity to the Staples Center makes this a perfect stop before or after a game or event. You can always count on a really well crafted martini here.
