Resto was a perfect beginning to a perfect morning. The belgian hangover pasta is a bowl of carbonara delight. I ate the chicken and waffles, mainly to eat more of those lardon waffles. DELICIOUS.

The decoration has hints of retro blended in with modern lighting. The food is much of the same. Classic dishes revamped with new flavors. The foie gras brioche french toast with asparagus and mushrooms sounds decadent and is just that. The sauce almost overpowers every bite but sadly the foie is not quite up to par. You're paying for the fancy front, not for delicious food.

Minca has been added to my list of favorite Ramen Joints. The shoyu is also quite packed with flavor though not quite as intense as the spicy miso.
