Open for eight years, Aria has matured from hot and trendy and is rapidly evolving into one of the grande dames of Atlanta restaurants. I am not a fan of the Latin all-you-can-eat, grilled-meat-on-a-stick concept. Fogo de Chao (and its competitor, Chima) emphasize choice meat quantity over prime meat quality. A great venue for a bunch of 20-something guys who can afford to indulge their AUCE sensibilities. If you are a discerning adult diner who enjoys a good prime steak, get yourself to one of Atlanta's several excellent prime steakhouses.
