Unfortunately, our waiter(s)' English and patience was limited. He sold us on a Paella - the most expensive on on the menu....but never said it was big enough for two because it is loaded with rice. The clams, shrimps, mussels were barely there, and there was NO chicken or sausage. And it was not in the remaining portion we took home.
Manager José said you need to ask for chicken & sausage...Same price. How would one
know that?
Good food, but if there is a bump in service or food quality, management is very defensive and insists on being right.
And suddenly there's a inexplicable language barrier, and no effort is made to make things right or accept any responsibility.

While the food is always delicious, the restaurant's owner, Giulliano, consistently overbooks, and let's you know when you've taken too long to vacate your table, even if you're not quite finished with your grappa of coffee.....His "sense of humor" is caustic, cutting and off-putting. By and large, the rest of the staff is fine.Previously always value for the dollar, they have raised their prices considerably.
Food is good generally, but delivery is not always reliable. Mishaps happen to contents of packages due to delivery men having to carry up to 4+ deliveries at a time.
When you call to discuss cold food, spilled condiments, etc., management gets feisty and can put you on the defensive.
It's not expensive enough. The call to management is mainly meant to be constructive. But when you are told to use your microwave, one is reminded of Fairway.
