Over-rated on ZAGAT and over-priced, there was a time when Makoto was perhaps the crown jewel of DC restaurants; sadly, those glory days are long gone. Today, Makoto exists as a weak impostor of its former majestic self. The staff are rude and arrogant and the customers are always wrong; oh, how the once mighty have fallen!Nice to see that the Zagat food rating for Makoto has fallen - as it should!
