Being a lover of Kobe beef, I ordered a "medium rare" Kobe burger with side salad (instead of french fries) and a diet Pepsi. I emphasized that I wanted my burger as close to medium rare as possible. The burger was dry and extremely well done. It was brutally overcooked! The salad greens looked fine, but they had been so overdressed for so long, that they were incredibly soggy. And how was the the diet Pepsi, you ask? It was FLAT!

We recently went to Comfort after reading a very good review of the restaurant in The New York Times and found the food and the overall experience very disappointing. Vegetables that should have been fresh and hot were cold and stale; entrees were overcooked, bland, under-seasoned and sad looking. The restaurant appeared unfinished, as if they ran of funds, and management seemed inexperienced and disconnected from the customers.
