It lives up to the hype. Oh holy God does it live up the hype. Addictive fries, burgers that melt in your mouth, Chicago dogs that are about three steps away from the El and beer on tap. Plus, they gave us the fries for free. Cuz they're awesome.
If only KFC could be this good. Not at all greasy, crispy, moist, flavorful fried chicken right here. And heir sides are creative and add to the meal as opposed to simply sitting there while you eat the good stuff.

This is obviously not Texas, so we take what we can get wen it comes to Texas style BBQ. Luckily, Hill Country BBQ saves the day and brings us South with bold flavors that refuse to utilize barbecue sauce. Although yes, you can put a vinegar-based BBQ sauce on if you'd like.
