The staff at EVOO are warm, friendly and inviting. They look like they enjoy themselves -- something that makes the eating experience at EVOO that much more enjoyable. And then there is the food! Pete McCarthy is a master. All are delicious but there are the few stand out dishes that I still dream about days after!

Just entering into Jose's brings immediate warmth and appetite! The restaurant is brightly colored and the little nooks add a delightful charm. Some dishes are definitely better than others but all in all Jose's is by far my favorite go-to place!
