Note that children are no longer allowed to go into 13 Monaghan because they have gambling machines. This is a disappointment for those who are vegetarian and visiting NOLA with kids. i'm not rating it because i couldn't dine there as i did 6 years ago, when I loved it (and when kids were welcome).
