The food is amazing. Every bite of every course was some of the best tasting food I had ever had. The only downside(other than the steep price) is that the open kitchen can sometimes be noisy and distracting. At my most recent visit someone in the kitchen was hand-beating eggs (apparently for a souffle), so we heard the bang of the spoon every few seconds for about half our meal. Very intrusive.
