Atmosphere is old house, service was excellent, prices average for the area. The tuna and clams both tasted excellent, the chicken was fair, the mousse was way too sweet. Did not try the BBQ or soup. The review that said hit-or-miss was spot on. So, if you go there to order a specific highly recommended item, absolutely; but IMHO just to pick and choose from the menu, there are better options in Westchester.
