My first time here was on Valentine's day. Despite the huge crowd, our service was great. The owner kept checking on us and made several wine recommendations to go with our food and our personal tastes. The food is cozy and authentic. Nothing fancy, in a good way. It's nice to have some fun, relaxed, French comfort food among all of the high class French restaurants in San Francisco. I will be back.
A cute place for friends and family or a date night. I came here with my boyfriend and his family. We were greeted warmly upon entering and had wonderful service all through the night. The owner made several trips to our table to see how we were doing. The food is rich and wonderful. If you are lucky enough to come in on a night they have the ricotta "doughnuts", GET THEM.

The food and decor are great. Each item my party ordered had its own unique twist from a normal fine dining menu. I loved the little dessert bite that came with our check. We were a little close to the table next to us and overheard everything they said. The bussers and servers were great, unfortunately, our waiter seemed annoyed the entire night and left a cold chill at the table. Our experience would have been much better had we felt welcome.
A very cool and contemporary place for lunch, dinner and drinking. The staff is fun with great attitudes any time of the day. You'll find all sorts of power ties during lunch, families and friends during dinner and a social mash-up all through the evening. The warm napa cabbage salad and the bread pudding are absolute MUSTS. Their steaks are wonderful and the soups are always full bodied and flavorful. Fun cocktails and a good beer selection.
