Food is good, but they chase you out if you don't tip. Service isn't that great to warrant tips all the time, but apparently they expect tips even if they don't anything. Many other places on the AVE offer similar food, but their open-kitchen style of cooking may make the ambiance better.

If you want a great view and decor of Seattle, this is the place to go. Last time I went, however, the fish I had was a bit dry and had no flavor, so that was a minus.
