My wife and I dined at Plume on Friday .. 5 Oct. From the minute we arrived the service was of the highest quality. The prix fix dinner offerings were suburb and the food was MOST EXCELLENT. I enjoyed the Dover Sole entre and my wife had grilled Colorado Lamb. Without a doubt, one of the FINEST restaurants ever!!! The sommelier was of great assistance and with his help we selected a terrific Cab! Dining at the Plume is an elegant experience
