Learn the Secrets of Vegan Charcuterie

Charcuterie isn't just for carnivores. At least that's what chef Richard Landau taught us when we visited his restaurant Vedge in Philadelphia. He showed us that it's possible to put together a tasty - and gorgeous - plate that vegans or vegetarians can snack on (and that may make meat lovers crave something new).
