The 2014 New York City Zagat Survey just launched, and Eric Ripert's Le Bernardin is on top, being named the Big Apple's best restaurant for a fifth year in a row and securing the title for the 12th time overall, which is a record for the NYC survey. What makes the eatery so magical? We stopped by for lunch to catch a glimpse of Ripert's machine at work and distilled the experience down to 60 Seconds.
