I've been there a few times now. The schnitzel was a great dish and a great bargain but not on the menu last time i went. Other times the burger was outstanding, handformed and cooked perfectly. Also had the steak salad topped with fries which was really satisfying. They have a decent tap selection and some good wines by the glass. Im happy to have a reliable place to go in U City like this. lastly- beautiful and competent servers-a rare combo.
The old dive got a make-over; it's now clean and no fears about using the restrooms! The menu is creative and well-executed. Imagine "crab fries" with REAL CRAB meat! Garlic aolioi was remarkable, served up with hand-cut fries. Can't wait until they are open for lunch.
