Would gotoNorth Ave, If I would you, for the real tast, of the Varsity. Let's look back to when Frank Gordy and daughter in law, run this spot.

This northern branch is a cleaner alternative to its Downtown brother. Same incredible food. Same wonderful atmosphere.

if you haven't eaten at the Varsity-you haven't really been to atlanta. Most people never try it-but the pimento cheese is some of the best in Atlanta. Ring me one!!

You have to give them props for consistency. The atmosphere is MUCH more subdued then the downtown location, but the grease (that had to be imported from the original) I mean the food is just want you expect.

Just like the Varsity downtown, just clean instead. But the food is still just as good.
