Very nice atmosphere but the Summit was just off tonight....or perhaps it is always like this. The food was just plain medicocre and the service was also quite disappointing for the price. Plates were delivered to the wrong person for each course. The entrees were underwhelming and lacked flavor. All 4 of us were disappointed with our meals. Thie only highlight was the appetizers as both the Tuna and Beef Tartars were great. Bummer.

What could be wrong with a sommilier as the waiter and a master chef in the kitchen. The decor and the presentations were of a New York level. Delightful, delicious, delectable. The Broadmoor has succeeded again

The angry trout is a magnificent presentation of an old favorite. The wine list is not long but has been carefully selected and has some unusual items. The service is well-trained and attentive.

exquisite food, room and service. none of that "is everything all right?" nonsense. watchful eyes prevail.
