We arrived in Orlando on vacation and headed to Intl. Drive knowing there were many restaurants to choose from. The food was great, the service was excellent. In fact, what a great idea the restaurant has institued - the waiter asks for everyones first name. When the order is served they address you by your first name - a very warm and hospitable approach - great idea. We will be back again this week for steak and a great wine selection from thei

We had a party of 5 that went to Capital Grill last in orlando. Our friend ordered a $78 Lobster. it was lukewarm and had no taste. I had the Herbed beef and it was very tiny and overcooked badly. The vadalia fries for $9 was a joke--about 5 of them. The only good thing was the bread. Over priced food and everyones meal was lookwarm. Pathetic--Moonfish is better. The other guests had filet and it was lukewarm . The waitress was very abrubt.

I have had both lunch and dinner at the Capital Grille in Ft. Lauderdale many times and it has been impeccable. Unfortunately, such is not the case for its Orlando establishment. Although the food was good, the attitude of the wait staff was disappointing. I don't need someone to treat me as if it were my first time in a restaurant outside of a theme park. The waiter was pushy and disruptive. Frankly, I don't care what his "personal favorite is".

Stand alone building on Int'l Drive; typical of the chain; valet parking; excellent steaks; bargained the wine list Cinq Cepages for half price.
