This welcome addition to University Circle serves exellent, well prepared hardy brasserie fare. I've dined here at least 5 times. Slow cooked food in particular is very good: Pork 2 ways, Duck confit, bean cassoulet, skate wing and mussels with fries were flavorful. Decor is austere but contemporary. The patio in warm months is a choice spot. Perfect prior to the symphony - let's keep this place a secret!

We visited on 12/12/09 for an 8:30 reservation for 2. (We were very well dressed.) The maitre d insisted on seating us at an uncomfortable table, against a wall, in a high traffic area. We asked, before we even sat down, to be moved to one of the 3 other empty tables in the room. He said he couldn't possibly move us. Those other 3 tables sat empty the entire 2.5 hours we dined. Unfortunately his poor attitude overshadowed the entire evening.
