Brio defines American dining today: serve the biggest portions possible and people will think it's fabulous despite the quality. Brio serves massive portions laden with heavy sauces and creams. It is not as much Italian as it is food that has an Italian influence. It is best described as high-end shopping mall, very loud dining. The service is very good, and the food is good if you like a lot of salt and cream sauces and heavy dressings.
