Chef Darwin Santa Maria is a creative artist. You almost hate to disturb the beautiful food sculptures that the servers bring to the table. Always a wonderful meal.

This food is a piece of art. I am a fan of ceviche, and Selva Grill takes Ceviche to a new level. Their Octopus ceviche deserves an award if it doesn't have one yet. This is the best restaurant I've been in a long time, it's a must go

Very good Peruvian cuisine. We have been going for a couple of years now and the food and service is always outstanding. Try the seared tuna, one of the best I have had. They also have a great Martini Bar and a creative drink menu, the Selva Mojito is a favorite.
