Very good food and ambiance, good wine list with a good selection of local BC wines as well as European and New World varieties. Portion size is a little large for certain entrees but fine for big eaters who appreciate good food. Nice seating in comfy chairs, excellent location for a romantic meal, or group dinner at the chef's table.
Expensive and tasty, but spotty service. Either very attentive or the waitstaff can become amnesiacs. In three visits over the course of a week's stay at the hotel (The Wedgwood-extremely upscale and worth the pricey tab), two different waitresses got our order bass akwards. One said, ostensibly as an explanation for her lack of service: " I just don't do Saturday mornings well." True, but for a $60 breakfast for 2, she needed to feign interest.
A place to relax, eat good food and even see movie stars.
classy and relaxing decor, good food but not exceptional. Wonderful service
this is your comfort place with big overstuffed couches in the lounge, nice place for a pre-dinner cocktail & see who is in town (Hollywood stars go there) good dining for a hotel setting
