July 3, 4: Quattro at Four Seasons Houston Hotel are celebrating country crooner Garth Brooks as he brings his world tour as to Downtown’s Toyota Center. Beginning at 4 PM each night, the restaurant will roll out a barbecue buffet with all the fixings accompanied by drinks and live country music ($39 for the barbecue buffet, plus an optional $25 for the beverage package). July 8, 15, 22, 29: The Landry’s restaurant group are bringing back their annual “Summer Chef Series” dinners held on select Wednesday evenings through August 12. The private dining experience will be hosted by executive chefs from the area. On July 8, head to Morton's the Steakhouse for a five-course wine pairing dinner that includes dishes like a shiitake-topped ahi tuna, broiled Chilean sea bass and beef tenderloin. After that, the series will move to Brenner's Steakhouse on July 15. (7 PM; $95 per person).
