Meet the Pinot Posse at OAK at fourteenth
Winemakers from seven of the West Coast’s most acclaimed pinot noir producers - AP Vin, August West, Bonaccorsi, Cargasacchi, J.K. Carriere, Loring and Owen Roe - are swinging into OAK (pictured) for a $150 four-course dinner with pours from each one. Co-owner Bryan Dayton will serve as host for the meet-and-greet reception, which kicks off at 6 PM.

Note that if you’re headed out of the metro area over the weekend, the Pinot Posse will also be on hand for dinners at Summit at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs this Sunday (6 PM; $125; 719-577-5896) and at The Little Nell’s Ajax Tavern in Aspen (6:30 PM; $150; 970-920-6334) on Tuesday, January 14.

Suzanne Goin Guest Chefs at Frasca Food and Wine

UPDATE: Rescheduled. Famed LA chef-restaurateur Suzanne Goin (Lucques, a.o.c., Tavern, The Larder) comes to Frasca for a four-course dinner inspired by The a.o.c. Cookbook. Co-owner and master sommelier Bobby Stuckey will provide the wine pairings, and all guests will receive a signed copy of the book; call for available seatings.
