Rôtie Cellars Wine Dinner at Session Kitchen
Hot ticket for enophiles: Sean Boyd, winemaker at wildly acclaimed Walla Walla winery Rôtie Cellars, will be at the Old South Pearl eatery to discuss his bottlings at a multicourse dinner that includes smoked barramundi tacos and duck-ham steak cured with pecan shells (7 PM; $100 per person).

April 6

Chefs Up Front
At $300 a seat, Chefs Up Front is an investment, but it's a worthy one for your soul as well as your stomach. More than 30 restaurant chefs and bartenders are participating in the fundraiser for Share Our Strength program Cooking Matters, which offers culinary and nutritional instruction to low-income families - among them Barolo Grill's Darrel Truett, Lower48 Kitchen's Alex Figura, The Populist's Jonathan Power and Brian Laird of the much-anticipated Sarto's. Held in the Colorado Convention Center's Mile High Ballroom downtown, the gala kicks off at 5:30 PM with a cocktail reception before dinner is served at 7 PM.
