Unsung Hero Dinner at Harman’s eat + drink
Meet five chefs with bright futures at this Cherry Creek farm-to-table favorite, each of whom will be preparing a dish at this multi-course bash. Think pork-liver “bottarga” with brown-butter lemon curd and a quail egg from Colt & Gray’s Kyle Foster; vodka-cured salmon atop smoked-mustard sponge cake with fennel custard from Duo’s Tiffany Leong; and more. It’s nearly sold out, so call now for reservations (6:30 PM; $65 per person). 2900 E. 2nd Ave.; 303-388-7428

April 1

Ming Tsai at Guard and Grace
The legendary Massachusetts-based celebrity chef of Blue Ginger (and Simply Ming host) will join Troy Guard at his new downtown steakhouse, pictured, for a five-course feast to fight cancer with Family Reach. The $85 fixed price includes dishes like lamb sausage over artichoke agnolotti, banana leaf-wrapped salmon in red curry, and chocolate-beet cake with lemon yogurt and smoked almonds as well as valet parking. 1801 California St.; 303-293-8500

April 21-22

Jeff Michaud at Frasca Food and Wine; Marc Vetri at Pizzeria Locale
The acclaimed chef-partners behind Philadelphia’s Vetri and Osteria will be on hand to cook back-to-back dinners at Bobby Stuckey and Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson’s adjacent Boulder fixtures. Both are four courses and will be available all evening; the Frasca prix fixe on April 21 includes a signed copy of Michaud’s cookbook Eating Italy, while the more-casual follow-up at Locale is a rare bargain at $25. Frasca: 1738 Pearl St.,
303-442-6966; Locale: 1730 Pearl St.,
