If there are two chefs who helped change the American culinary landscape forever, it's Daniel Boulud and Wolfgang Puck. Come October 23, you can meet both chefs and dine on a multi-course feast prepared by both at Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel-Air. This is the first time the two have worked side by side, all to celebrate Boulud's new cookbook, Daniel: My French Cuisine. The dinner is $225 per person with wines from Ca' del Bosco Winery for $85 more. It's a high-priced ticket for sure, but still cheaper than trying to dine in Bel-Air and then flying across the country to hit Daniel in New York City. Seating is limited and the reservation line opens this morning (310-909-1644). Or, try to win two spots and a signed copy of Boulud's book by emailing your full name and address to contest.HBA@dorchestercollection.com.
