After being closed all summer for renovations, Eleven Madison Park reopened last night with its brand-new interiors and updated menu by chef Daniel Humm. With a more modern interior design from Allied Works, kitchen design from Jacobs Doland Beer, uniforms by Todd Snyder, and graphic design by be-pôles, the top-rated tasting-menu experience is back and better than ever. The new menu (as far as we can tell) sounds similar to the previous iteration, focused on both local ingredients and "New York traditions" and features 8-10 courses for $295. You can also opt for the more abbreviated tasting menu at the bar for $155. Wine pairings will run you $175 or $275 for reserve selections. The restaurant will also offer a Thanksgiving Feast for the upcoming holiday season. Tickets can be purchased via Tock.

Also, the restaurant has finally joined Instagram after years in absentia (see photo at top). So check them out at @elevenmadisonpark. Stay tuned for more details on the new menu as well as photos.
