Chef Chip Roman is a fish fanatic - he spends many summer mornings on the water, hauling in a fresh catch - so when one of his restaurants offers a seafood tasting menu, you know it’s going to be impressive. Lobster is the ingredient of the week at Mica in Chestnut Hill, where a four-course prix fixe dinner built around the sweet crustacean will be offered Wednesday-Friday, August 14-16.
Make a reservation to secure your seat for the $45 dinner, which features lobster “salad” with peaches, lobster “mittens” with gnudi and blackberries and a butter-poached lobster tail with summer squash. Wine pairings are available for an additional $35; check out the full menu below (267-335-9312).
