Mile-High Dining: Chef Marcus Samuelsson (Red Rooster) will host dinners ($50) atop a Times Square billboard this summer to benefit Stand Up 2 Cancer. The menu will feature seasonal dishes such as tomato-watermelon gazpacho and miso-grilled sea bass. [The Daily Meal]
