Summer sure was a hot — and busy — one, especially in Miami's dining scene. And with fall right around the corner, we don't expect anything to cool down — not even the humidity. Here are some of the most anticipated spots to watch out for this fall.  

Craft Social Club
This new nightlife venue plans to set up shop in the South of Fifth neighborhood, offering luxe drinking options like bottle service and innovative cocktails made tableside.

Segafredo Bayside
The guys from Segafredo L’Originale on Lincoln Road are opening this new outpost at waterfront amphitheater plaza Bayside Marketplace. The setting includes a bar and outdoor seating, while the menu will focus on Italian-style tapas and local craft brews.

One Door East
The team behind Valentino Cucina Italiana in Fort Lauderdale plans to open this new tapas bar with chef Giovanni Rocchio offering globally influenced plates in a casual setting.

Bachour Bakery and Bistro 
The St. Regis Bal Harbour's pastry chef, Antonio Bachour, is opening this modern bistro in Brickell serving breakfast food, gourmet sandwiches and pastries in terrace-equipped digs.

Sunny's
DC-based Top Chef star Spike Mendelsohn (pictured up top) is opening a beach-inspired cafe inside new boutique hotel The Hall offering casual seafood plates in a low-key setting.

Drinkhouse Fire & Ice
Miami's first vodka ice bar is getting ready to open very soon with unique handcrafted cocktails (some flaming) served in a 23-degree setting fully equipped with fur coats and slippers.

Beaker & Gray
Brian Nasajon (formerly from NYC's Lure Fishbar) and Ben Potts (ex The Broken Shaker) team up this Wynwood spot offering eclectic plates like blackened shrimp risotto in uni butter and handcrafted cocktails.

New Unnamed Concept in Bimini Boatyard Bar & Grill Space
The 25-year-old American grill in Fort Lauderdale recently closed, but don't worry — the space is reopening soon as a brand-new concept with a revamped outdoor patio and docking area.

Dirt 
Coming to the restaurant-centric South of Fifth neighborhood, this health food–focused eatery plans to serve a veggie-based menu alongside cold-pressed juices and freshly made sandwiches.
When: Early fall

Zest
Ortanique On the Mile chef Cindy Hutson plans to open this new venue in Downtown serving a mix of Asian and Caribbean cuisine and fresh to-go options at the adjoining market. Check out the restaurant's pop-up right now inside the soon-to-open space.

Faena Hotel Miami Beach's Restaurants 
Three major chefs are coming to this soon-to-open hotel including LA-based, Thomas Keller–trained Gabriel Ask, who will act as the property's executive chef; Argentine chef Francis Mallmann, who will open Los Fuegos; and Top Chef star Paul Qui, who's working on a yet-to-be-named concept.

Paulie Gee's
The guys behind the popular Brooklyn pizza joint (pies pictured above) are opening their first Miami branch inside the bright-yellow building that formerly housed China Palace on Biscayne Boulevard, offering wood-fired Neapolitan pies with a variety of creative and classic toppings.

NaiYaRa
Oishi That's main man Piyarat Arreeratn (aka Chef Bee) is behind this anticipated spot in Sunset Harbour offering a menu inspired by Asian street food in a contemporary indoor/outdoor setting.

PB Station
Inside Downtown's soon-to-open Langford Hotel, the Pubbelly Boys are opening another concept with shareable plates like dressed-up steak dishes (pictured above) and French onion soup dumplings served inside a rustic setting. The boys will also be in charge of opening the hotel's new rooftop craft-cocktail bar, Pawn Broker.

Lewellyn's Chicken & Biscuits
The guys behind SoBe's popular Yardbird Southern Table & Bar are opening this new fried chicken joint soon at the University of Miami.

Marion
This Mediterranean restaurant and market will serve a mix of traditional and modern Mediterranean dishes prepared by chef Jean Paul Lourdes.

El Tucán
Adjacent to Marion, you'll find this Latin cabaret and cocktail lounge also serving fare from Jean Paul Lourdes, plus a swank setting from famed designer Robert Mckinley.

TALDE Miami Beach 

Chef Dale Talde (another Top Chef vet) is opening an outpost of his well-known Brooklyn spot (pictured above) in the Thompson Miami Beach soon, featuring an Asian-American menu with the likes of Korean fried chicken and "preztel" pork and chive dumplings.

Izzy's
Tongue & Cheek's chef-owner Jamie DeRosa said he'll be opening this new fish and oyster shack within a few weeks, serving authentic New England–style grub (think clam bakes and creamy chowder) in a relaxed setting.

Phuc Yea!
The Federal guys are gearing up to open a permanent location of their popular Vietnamese pop-up inside the former Moonshine Asian Bistro space in MiMo, serving signature pho and other family recipes.

The Spillover
The guys from LoKal and Kush are opening this seafood spot in Coconut Grove's Mayfair Hotel with a menu focused on locally sourced ingredients and a setting that includes pet-friendly outdoor seating.

Pisco y Nazca
The team that brought us Bulla Gastrobar in Coral Gables is opening this spot in Kendall with chef Miguel Gomez (ex La Mar Cebicheria Peruana) serving a menu focused on ceviche and pisco.

Laffa Mediterranean Kitchen
The My Ceviche guys and chef Daniel Ganem (BLT Steak) are teaming up for this casual Middle Eastern concept slated to open in Brickell soon.

La Embajada
While there's no word on the opening date yet, there's plenty reason to get excited about this massive space in Wynwood, which will host a contemporary Mexican restaurant, a coffeehouse and a live-entertainment hall.

Apeiro Kitchen & Bar
This progressive Mediterranean restaurant in Delray Beach is set to open its second location in Midtown with chef-partner David Blonsky and local icon restaurateur Burt Rapoport leading the team.

Farinelli 1937
The owner of Strada in the Grove will open this Italian joint in Coconut Grove with an emphasis on pizza, featuring pies made from two brick ovens and topped with gourmet ingredients.

Tavern on the Green Polo West
Head north to the West Palm Beach area to check out this first spin-off of NYC's iconic restaurant with an equestrian-themed setting and 15 acres of polo fields.

Chef Klime Kovaceski (ex Trio on the Bay​) is opening this casual Italian spot on the Miami River featuring specialty pizzas topped with grilled octopus and beef tips.
