Harlem - Much further uptown, The Cecil (pictured at top) just launched a brand new menu inspired by executive chef JJ Johnson's travels throughout Asia, Israel, and the Caribbean. Expect new dishes like braised goat dumplings; tamarind-glazed oxtails and the "Hands Only," based on a popular Senegalese street dish Thiebou Dieune – his take is a spicy mix of beans, sticky rice and rabbit sausage that you scoop into your mouth using grilled roti. Check out the full menu here. 210 W. 118th Street;
