Restaurateur Ravi DeRossi's been on an expansion tear of late—this spring he opened hit cocktail bar and restaurant Mother of Pearl, and more recently, vegan spot Avant Garden, and now, he's turning the former Sol space into Riddling Widow, a sparkling wine bar in Greenwich Village. Former Terroir wine guru Tanner Walle has curated a list of mostly sparkling wines to pair with snacky items like oysters, bread and butter and various salts as well as cheeses. The tiny underground space features red velvet stools and couches and claims to boast a "punk rock" vibe. Check out the wine menu below which changes weekly.
