Next week, New York's NoMad neighborhood will welcome Scott Conant's Impero Caffè — the newest dining option at the INNSIDE Hotel.

The 73-seat venue marks the first stateside venture for the brand, led by the ex-Scarpetta chef. Expect an all-day menu of soulful Italian featuring everything from hamachi crudo nestled with smoked maitake mushrooms, to polenta and truffle sugo, to satisfying housemade pastas topped with Conant's world famous ragu. High ceilings and a chic glass staircase complement the refined cooking and the space's airy feel.

The restaurant will open Monday, March 28 for daily lunch (11:30 AM–2:30 PM), dinner (5:30–11 PM) and cocktails.
