Shake Shack is celebrating its 10-year anniversary next week by kicking off a five-day series of celebrity-chef-created burgers, with a different patty available each day of next week at the original Madison Square Park location. The lineup includes burgers by Daniel Boulud, David Chang, Andrew Zimmern, Daniel Humm (Eleven Madison Park, The Nomad) and April Bloomfield. The burgers will sell for $8.50 each, and Shake Shack will donate $1 from the sale of each to Madison Square Park Conservancy and NYC Parks.
The celebratory week will also include the Decade of Shack fest on June 12, the actual 10-year anniversary of Shake Shack at Madison Square Park, which will feature live music, a cake from Dominique Ansel, a Ping-Pong table, brews from Brooklyn Brewery (including a special SHACK X IPA), a special hot dog cart that will be on-site serving complimentary “pay what you’d like” Shack-cago Dogs and more.

Monday, June 9: Daniel Boulud – The Piggie Shack
Shack beef-blend topped with DBGB’s BBQ pulled pork, jalapeño mayo, Boston lettuce and mustard-vinegar slaw.
Tuesday, June 10: David Chang – Momofuku Shrimp Stack
Shack beef-blend cheeseburger topped with smoked and griddled shrimp patty, Momofuku Hozon Sauce, Bibb lettuce, pickled onion and salted cucumber.
Wednesday, June 11: Andrew Zimmern – AZ Cabrito Butter Burger
Goat burger with herb butter topped with roasted tomato, charred onion and sweet pickle.
Thursday, June 12: Daniel Humm – The Humm Burger
Shack beef-blend Gruyère cheeseburger topped with all-natural applewood smoked bacon, celery relish, Bibb lettuce, truffle mayo and shaved fresh black truffle.
Friday, June 13: April Bloomfield – The Breslin Burger
Breslin beef-blend burger topped with all-natural applewood smoked bacon and Tickler English cheddar cheese sauce.
