Soft shell crab hits the table at Upper Kirby's Kata Robata early this year thanks for favorable conditions. Although these succulent little crustaceans will show up on the list of daily specials in various forms, keep an eye out for our favorite, the soft shell crab roll ($17) with radish seeds, lettuce, fish eggs and a spicy Vietnamese fish sauce. Hurry and get yours, the restaurant's supply of the seasonal delicacy is sure to go fast.
