Taco Tuesday: Kata Robata

Japanese grill and tapas concept Kata Robata puts forth a number of tasty bites, including a taco with a succulent meat filling of the top-notch beef variety, Kobe. Your corn tortilla comes wrapped around tender slices of Kobe Beef, good enough to eat alone. Piled on top is a colorful arrangement of crunchy cabbage shreds, onions, cherry tomatoes, thin chili strings of crimson-colored Korean red pepper, mashed green avocado, cilantro and soft chunks of bright yellow mango. Extras on the plate are a fiery jalapeno slice and a lime wedge.

The Kobe beef tacos are available for $7 on the happy hour menu Monday through Saturday from 5 to 7 PM and Sunday from 12 to 5 PM.
