Market Table's Mike Price is trading in soil for sand with the opening of his latest restaurant, a seafood joint with a raw bar specializing in Atlantic Ocean dwellers called The Clam. The 50 seat eatery displays the namesake ingredient in several dishes, including spaghetti with clams and clams stuffed with pancetta; there's also a lobster roll and an extensive raw bar. A few non-aquatic creatures also make their way into the latest West Village dining room, like a prime Angus strip loin served with Yorkshire pudding.
