First chefs Ken Oringer and Jamie Bissonnette brought their South End tapas gem Toro to New York City. Now Toro NYC is coming to Boston, popping up at the bar at Oringer's other restaurant, Clio. (Still following?) That's good news for locals who haven't yet had the chance to hit the Chelsea version; we can now discover some of the plates that have earned the Boston spin-off big buzz and strong reviews since opening in September. For a limited time, the Clio bar will up selections like abalone with brown butter, parsley and migas ($24), deviled farm eggs with conserved tuna belly ($7), fried chicken liver with stuffed sage leaves ($9) and Jamon Iberico ($35) from 5:30-10 PM (until 10:30 PM on Fridays and Saturdays).
