Mas de Daumas Gassac Wine Dinner at Frasca Food and Wine

Ode to Colorado Game Dinner at BRU handbuilt ales & eats
For this four-course beer dinner, chef-owner Ian Clark is pairing bison tartare with cured egg yolks, kimchi mustard and Belux Belgian pale ale; lamb braciole over toasted farro with Big Brown Woody imperial brown ale; and more (7 PM; $50 per person).

As part of the DSTILL conference hitting town this week, three public spirit-tasting seminars are taking place this evening. Meet the makers and learn all about craft gin at Session Kitchen (pictured) on Old South Pearl, rum at LoDo's TAG Restaurant and whiskey at Ste. Ellie in the Highlands (7-9 PM; $60-$65).

Spring Chef’s Dinner at Charcoal Restaurant
