Fire Chief Promotion at Rock Bottom Restaurant and Brewery
Today and throughout the month of March, the downtown Denver-based brewpub chain will raise funds for community fire departments with an array of specials. In addition to the annual release of its Fire Chief Ale, it’s serving up five spice-spiked dishes that range from three-alarm brisket chili to paprika-glazed grilled shrimp with roasted-jalapeño corn and red-ale rice (pictured).
